Newer robotic techniques including benign
gynecology, urogynecology and gynecologic oncology
• Pre-recorded live surgical demonstrations of diverse
robotic procedures
• Extensive video presentations
• Panel discussions

Mayo Clinic World Robotics Symposium in Gynecology will focus in providing robotic operating room efficiency, newer robotic techniques, and video surgical demonstrations of diverse robotic procedures of benign gynecology, urogynecology and gynecologic oncology. There will be ample time for panel discussions and interaction with world-renown faculty. This activity is designed for gynecologists, urogynecologists, gynecologic oncologists and robotic surgeons. Other physicians and mid-level healthcare professionals may benefit from this program.

Demonstrate specific applications of the robot in gynecologic surgery.
• Apply their increased exposure to different applications of robotics in gynecology procedures.
• Explain take-home pearls regarding improved efficiency in the operating room and safe patient positioning in robotic surgery.
• Identify how to avoid and manage complications in robotics as a minimally invasive procedure.
