Welcome to the home page of for Legal and Medical Conferences, held in Greece and Australia. We are a not-for-profit organization, formed in 2002 to promote the ideals of Hellenism and Greek Culture.

Our founding chairman, Eugenia Mitrakas, is well known in Australian legal and community circles and in the Greek community. Our Australian Patron is Professor Peter Doherty AC, the 1996 co-winner of the Nobel Prize in Medicine and our Greek Patron is Justice Konstantinos Vardakakis of the Supreme Court (Arios Pagos) of Greece.

We are a not-for profit organization and are endorsed as a tax exempt charity. Our aim is to donate any operating surplus to charity.

Our PRINCIPAL BENEFICIARY has been the Murdoch Children's Research Institute at the Royal Children's Hospital and the research work into thalassaemia being undertaken by its Cell & Gene Therapy Unit.

Following our seven successful events we have made regular donations to the Cell & Gene Therapy Unit and we look forward to further support of the leading-edge research work being undertaken at the Murdoch Children's Research Unit. For more details visit our Charitable Aims.
